Ultrabuilt Play Systems' specially treated, weather resistant lumber has a lifetime warranty offered by the manufacturer against termite damage and fungal decay. Ultrabuilt Play Systems, Inc. warrants the play set to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase. Ultrabuilt Play Systems, Inc. will replace or repair, at our option , any parts of the warrantied item found by us to be defective in material or workmanship free of charge and returned to the customer, freight collect. Seasonal checks and surface cracks, not resulting in structural failure, are not considered defects in material and workmanship as they are a natural characteristic of all wood and are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not include the removal or installation of the replacement parts. Any service work that must be performed on site does not qualify under the warranty specification and will be the purchaser's responsibility. Ultrabuilt Play Systems, Inc. does not warrant any defects that are a result of improper installation, unlevel or inadequate soil bearing, abuse, negligence of purchaser, neglect, vandalism, acts of nature, or unauthorized alteration or attachment to equipment other than Ultrabuilt Play Systems, Inc. equipment. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is limited to residential and non-commercial use of the equipment.

Ultrabuilt Play Systems, Inc. assumes no responsibilty for incidental and/or consequential damages, which may arise from the purchase or use of our equipment.

Please supervise your children's play activity and maintain your play equipment periodically. A water sealer should be applied on all wood soon after assembly and periodically thereafter.

Ultrabuilt Play Systems, Inc. does not assume or authorize any person or representative to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products nor are we responsible for any changes made.

Ultrabuilt Play Systems, Inc. makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, and makes no warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. No employee or representative is authorized to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty on behalf of Ultrabuilt Play Systems, Inc.

Ultrabuilt Play Systems, Inc. reserves the right to make modifications or changes to the product. All sizes listed are approximate and do not include play area.
